IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 370(FIN)(brf fld), thus adopting SCS CSHB 370(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote no. ** The presence of Representative Davidson was noted. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 370(FIN)(brf fld)?"
